Event License
Once a group date is agreed upon an Event License will be issued by Zaca Charitable Foundation . All group terms and conditions, and facility rules, will be listed in the Event License, as well as deposit and payment requirements

Injury Liability Waivers
All individual visitors, guests and vendors must sign liability waivers provided by Zaca Charitable Foundation.

Catering Services
You are responsible for arranging your own catering. Zaca lake does not provide catering services..

Any event must be approved by the Foundation before scheduling.

Quiet time is 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. daily.
